This guide shows a fast, low-risk way to move multiple teams into clubs at once using the MASTER > Update Teams workflow. It explains how to select all teams, individual teams, or whole clubs, open the bulk update panel, and apply a club change in one action. Use it to save time and avoid repeating single-team edits.

1. Select "MASTER" from your quick list (MASTER link to the right of "Hamburger," MENU, or Admin Icon > MASTER).

   

2. How to choose the teams / clubs to batch update: Check the top box to select ALL teams registered for your event. Check the box to the left of the team name to select individual teams. Check the box to the left of the club name to select all teams within a club.

   

3. Click "UPDATE TEAMS" to open the bulk update panel.

   

4. Click the dropdown menu for Club

   

5. Update Club Any teams you check will be moved to the club you select.
