This guide shows how to quickly relocate one, several, or a whole division of teams after pre-seeding (as long as teams aren’t already seeded). It walks you through filtering to the right division, selecting teams, choosing the destination division and specific placement, and applying the update—saving time and preventing manual re-entry.

  1. Navigate to the MASTER page.

  3. Select the division you wish to view

  4. Click Filter Teams

  5. Click the top checkbox to select all the teams for movement, or mark the checkbox(es) for the team(s) that will be moved to another division. Then go to the UPDATE TEAMS tab.

  6. Select the division you wish to move the teams INTO. The dropdown to the right of the division selection dropdown is for placement into a specific division when there are multiples per age group. You can place them in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc., division (when appropriate).
