Madison 56ers Spring Invite

If you have already created an account, please login first by clicking "LOGIN" above. When you are logged in, all of your information will be populated for you so you don't have to enter it again.

If your club is registering multiple teams (4+), please reach out on how to save from multi team discounts and would like to be invoiced for the tournament please email tournamentdirector@madison56ers.org before registering.

Coaches coaching multiple teams please make sure to put your other teams in your registration notes and make sure you are listed as the head coach on all your teams!

All registrations include the registration fee and the Woodside team parking fee ($140), there is no on-site parking or gate/entry fee.
