You can subscribe to your team calendar in 2 ways depending on what type of calendar you use.

Subscribe via web

This option will allow you to subscribe to your team calendar which will stay 'synched' with updates as items are added by your team.

Download an .ics file

This option will allow you to import your teams calendar into your existing calendar. You will not get updates on your calendar without downloading and importing an updated version as changes are made.
