We have been monitoring the weather this week and have been communicating with all of the parks and rec departments at each venue. Due to weather related field closures at Ivey Redmon Sports Complex we have made the decision to move all games to artificial turf fields for this weekend. This decision was made to ensure that we are able to play all games for all divisions despite some field closures. We’re also looking ahead to the forecasted temperatures throughout the weekend and have decided to move Sunday morning start times later to allow more favorable playing conditions.
That said, we have made quite a few adjustments to the schedule. We wanted to get this information out early enough in the week so teams/coaches/families can adjust plans if necessary.
To accommodate for the field closures we have modified specific brackets to be able to fit all games. In these brackets, we have shortened the game times to 2x30min halves with a 3 minute halftime for the entire weekend. The brackets are listed below.

The updates to the schedule have been released and should be the final update to the schedule for this weekend. We have looked at each request/coaching conflict and have done our best to try and accommodate as many as possible. With the updates to the schedule there might be some conflicts that arise, but please understand we have to prioritize divisional placement and field availability over some requests.
We appreciate your understanding with these updates knowing that our overall objective is for everyone to have an opportunity to play this weekend. ALL teams playing in the CCFC YOUTH Go Forth Home Services Shootout will be required to complete an online check-in ($20fee).
Online Check-in will be open once your team has been accepted into the tournament.
You must BEGIN the online check-in process by Friday, February 7.
The deadline to COMPLETE the online check-in is Tuesday, February 11 at 7pm.
