Dear Coaches and Team Managers,
Please read this message carefully and in its entirety, as it includes important steps regarding your team's placement.
A Note About This Year's Bracketing
As we all know, the recent Illinois Youth Soccer age group changes have created new challenges for tournament and fall season bracketing. With teams moving into new age groups, new rosters, and limited historical data to evaluate, placing teams in the most appropriate divisions has been more difficult than in previous years.
Our goal is to provide every team with a competitive, balanced, and enjoyable tournament experience. To do that, we need your help.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and partnership as we work together to make this year's Schaumburg Soccerfest a great experience for everyone.

? What to Check:
Please carefully review your team's bracket for:
- Correct age group and gender
- Appropriate division placement
- Appropriate division request
- Accurate team name and club information
?? Division Breakdown (from highest to lowest):
- RED
- WHITE
- BLUE
- BLACK 1
- BLACK 2
- BLACK 3
- BLACK 4
?? Corrections or Seeding Requests:
All requests must come via email from your team's listed contact and be sent to:

Please include the reason for your request and any supporting information, such as recent tournament results, league placement, or significant roster changes, to help us evaluate your team's placement. Remember, this is a fluid process, and changes occur in “real time.” It is your responsibility to monitor your teams.
?? Coach Conflicts / Special Requests:
All coaching conflicts and special scheduling requests must be updated in the SincSports system by the deadline below. While we will make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee accommodations if they are submitted after the deadline.

August 6, 2026, 6:00 PM
After this deadline, brackets will be finalized, and scheduling will begin.
