Team Check In will be at Custer Park on Saturday Morning 1hour before your first game.

The following Documents will be required for Team Check In:

  • Soccer in College Roster/Game card - 1 per game(6 copies)
  • Release of Liability - printed from Soccer in College and signed by parents of youth participants and all adult participants.
  • Medical Release for each rostered player - a generic form is available under the document tab.
  • Proof of age for each rostered player - Player pass, birth certificate, passport, driver's license.
