Registered teams MUST provide the following for walk up check-in
- Tournament acceptance form/email
- Official State roster (5 copies)
- Current seasonal player cards for ALL players
- Current seasonal medical release forms for ALL players
- Completed Parent Release Form
- Completed Guest Player Form (if applicable)
Walk Up Check-in will be held at;
Byron GA, 31005
From 4pm - 9pm on Friday April 24th, 2015
