The ADIDAS Germantown Invitational Tournament in a memory of Larry Creson is our club’s premier event. It was established in 1979.  We will play all the showcase games each weekend at the Mike Rose Soccer Complex in Southeast Shelby County one of the finest soccer specific facilities in the Southeast.  We play four weekends to accomodate all teams at the Mike Rose Soccer Complex.  Every year we accept over 450 teams from over 30 different states. We regularly have many state finalists or winners, as well as regional and national finalists. We also entertain O.D.P. Regional teams and some teams from out of the country. We host over 100 college coaches each showcase weekend offering players a tremendous showcase opportunity.

Age and Eligibility: Age groups for teams are as follows:

Under 19- 1998 Birth year and younger    22 player roster

Under 17- 2000 Birth year and younger    22 player roster

Under 16- 2001 Birth year and younger    22 player roster

Under 15- 2002 Birth year and younger    22 player roster

 

NO PROTESTS ALLOWED

 

Laws of the Game: All games shall be played in accordance with FIFA Laws, except as specifically modified by these rules.Unlimited substitution will be allowed with referee approval in the following situations: prior to a throw-in by team in possession or both teams, if team in possession first requests a substitution  / prior to goal kick by either team / prior to the restart of the game after a goal scored by either team / at the start of the 2nd half of play / prior to a restart of the game after an injured player is removed from the field (either team may sub 1 for 1; not unlimited substitutes)

Field and Game Equipment:
A.  Players must wear numbers on the back of their uniforms and these numbers shall coincide with those listed on the teams’ official GIT approved roster.

B.  If in the opinion of the referee uniform colors are similar, the designated home team will change colors.  Home team is listed first on the schedule and encouraged to wear light color jersey.

E.  The designated home team shall provide the game ball, unless tournament ball is available.

 

THERE WILL BE NO PROTESTS ALLOWED

Conduct:
A.   Players, coaches and spectators are expected to conduct themselves within the spirit and the letter of the Law. Displays of temper or dissent are cause for ejection from the game and surrounding field area.

B.   Players, coaches and team officials ejected from a game by the referee shall be ineligible for the next scheduled game.  Any player or players ejected for fighting shall be ineligible for the remainder of the tournament.   All ejected players/coach’s cards will be held at soccer central until after suspension is served.

C.   All players and coaches will take one side of the field, and supporters will take the other side.  No one will be allowed behind either end line. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED AT GAME SITES

Failure to Show and Forfeits:

A.      A team shall be allowed a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled kick-off time before the match is awarded to their opponent.  A minimum of 7 players constitutes a team and if 7 players are present, the game will not be delayed.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

The tournament committee reserves the right to cancel or reschedule games or the entire tournament due to inclement weather conditions.  If the event is canceled entirely because of weather, we will refund a percentage of your entry fee. Teams will be refunded per game if the event starts and they play only one or two games.

The ADIDAS Germantown Invitational in Memory of Larry Creson is open to select and premier teams registered and in good standing with their USSF affiliated association. Four different weekends encompass Age groups u9, u10, u11, u12, u13, u14, u15, u16, u17, u19 for boys and girls.

What is Online Check-in?

Online Check-in eliminates the need for your team to show up in person before your first game by allowing you to complete the check-in process online. You will be required to upload .pdf files or images to the secure sincSports cloud. The event will determine which documents are required.

There is a $20 non-refundable fee.
