Tournament Facts

Tournament Eligibility
The Savannah Girls Rock! tournament is open to Athena,Classic, Challenge, Select, and Premier girls teams registered and in good standing with their USYSA and US Club Soccer affiliated association. Age groups for this year's tournament are U9 - U17.

Teams
All teams and players must be US Youth Soccer or US Club Soccer affiliated for the ‘14-15' seasonal year. An official roster and ‘14-15' player cards are required to participate. Notification of travel is required for all teams from out-of-state.

The computerized team application system will assign your age group based on the age of your oldest registered player.

Players and Guest Players
All players must by registered for ’14-15'. A player may play for only one team during the tournament. A maximum of 3 guest players per team is allowed.  Guest players must be registered and have a current ’14-15' player pass.

Format

U9 & U10 will play 6v6

U11 & U12 will plau 8v8

U13 - U17 will play 11v11


FEES AND DEADLINES 

January 7th, 2015 for all applications and fees

U9 & U10 - $450.00; U11 & U12 - $500.00; U13 - U17 - $585.00

On-line registration:
On-line registration is quick and easy. On-line registration may be paid by check or by credit card using Authorize.net.  Once your entry is received, the entry fee is non-refundable.  (If your team is not accepted, your entry fee will be returned in its entirety.) While we encourage you to enter early, early application does not guarantee acceptance.

Important Note:

All accepted teams will need to complete online rosters and complete online check-in. You will print the your packet which will include the game cards. You will give a game card to the ref at the beginning of each of your games. At the end of each game both team coaches (team official) will sign the game card for verification of the result.

Refunds:
We will deposit all funds and return refunds to all teams not accepted.

Once your team has applied and been accepted, your entry fee is non-refundable.

Schedules:
For travel preparations, a representative must check the team in on Friday evening. Teams will play two games on Saturday. Please note the earliest games on Saturday may begin at 8:00 am. Remaining games will be played on Sunday. Game schedules will not be adjusted to accommodate individual teams scheduling.  We do our best to accomodate coaches with more than one team.
