IF YOU ARE GOING TO REGISTER YOUR Youth TEAM AS TWO TEAMS

Step 1) Complete 1st registration Normally and you Must Do Mail Registration Fee by Check

STEP 2) After 1st Registration is Completed Go back into Apply

( CLICK ON: REGISTER  OTHER TEAM )

YES : You MUST go back in and recreate a SECOND TEAM. 

( Should Only Take You about 5 minutes To do. )

YOU DO NOT NEED TO REFILL ALL THE INFORMATION

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL IN COACH INFO and MANAGER INFO

YOU CAN NAME that Team Anything you want .  (Except Team Name of 1st Registration)

You Must Do Mail Registration Fee by Check on Second Registration Too.

Upon Completion of Second Registration: PLEASE print off a Copy of the Two Registrations and attach the Total Registration Fee of $600 for the Two entered Teams with the copy of the registrations
