Registration will officially close on October 27th 2023. However, brackets reaching full capacity may close earlier than the above date. Any teams who register once the bracket is full or after the above date will be added to a wait list. We will accept teams after final review on the wait list.
Early Bird registration runs until September 29th 2023 and team will receive a discount.
Hotel Information - Stay to Play Event - James Island Cup | November 18-20th 2022
The James Island Cup has partnered with Team Travel Source to provide attendees/groups with the best available hotel rates and a smooth booking experience.
Our event is a “Stay to Play” event: A good working relationship with hotels is critical for the long-term success of our event. For this reason, teams or attendees who are traveling from out of town are required to book their rooms through our Official Travel Partner, Team Travel Source, to ensure that our room blocks are utilized. In short, since the hotels are holding rooms for our event, we must use these rooms.
