We, the undersigned, jointly agree, as parents and/or guardians of these players listed below, to release and discharge all of the designated officials of WCWAA and the American Red Cross’s 2013 Annual Fall Warm Up, Wesley Chapel Weddington Soccer Athletic Association  (WCWAA Soccer), Wesley Chapel Weddington Athletic Association (WCWAA), The American Red Cross, The Optimist Club and all directors, officers, officials, employees, contractors, and sponsors of WCWAA, WCWAASoccer, the Optimist Club and the American Red Cross, from any and all liability, claims or demands arising from these players, identified below, that are participating in the WCWAA and the American Red Cross 2013 Annual Fall Warm Up; specifically to include any and all claims for transportation, lodging, or personal injuries sustained while present, participating, or in the course of participating in the 2013 Annual Fall Warm Up.
