Check-in: 
Check in will begin at 7:00 AM. All teams are required to check-in at least one hour prior to the start of your first scheduled game. The check-in will be done in the office (located in the trailer at the front of the complex). Unpaid registrations & team documents will be accepted at the registration/check-in table. Cash and checks are accepted. Checks can be made payable to Houma Terrebonne Soccer Association (HTSA). At this time, we are unable to accept credit/debit card payments for tournament registration fees. 
                     
Required Team Documents: 
All 9U-10U teams are required to provide a copy of your official roster and have your medical waivers with you at the time you check in your team. Medical waivers will be compared to rosters. All 11U-14U teams are required to provide a copy of your official roster and present their laminated player passes and medical waivers at the time you check in. Passes and waivers will be compared to rosters. Coaches/managers will keep a duplicate roster, player passes and medical waivers with them at all games. Any personnel on the sideline must have a Kids Safe approved coach or manager badge. No team is allowed more than 3 guest/club pass players. If you have a guest player, you must have the approved guest player form with you at check in. Any team playing an unregistered or otherwise ineligible player will automatically forfeit all games.  Any team from outside Louisiana must furnish a travel authorization form from their state association.
 
 
If you take advantage of online check-in, please bring your printed packet to the check-in table. All online check-in's must be completed by Wednesday, October 29th at 5:00 P.M.
