| Check-In InformationOnline check in will be available beginning September 1, 2023. Check in must be started by November 10th at 10:00am (EST) and completed by November 10th at 5:00pm (EST). There is a $20 fee for this service. A certified roster for games will be available for download after check in is complete and schedules are final.

Required Documents:
1. Valid Player Passes (USYSA or US Club)
2. Valid Team Roster - 2 copies of an official roster certified by USYSA or US ClubSoccer. One will be for the tournament to keep and one for you to take to each game.
3. Proper Medical Releases (if your state association requires these to be notarized, they must be notarized. If they do not require it, the tournament will not either.)
4. Permission to Travel Form (out of state USYSA teams only)
