Team check in will be on Saturday ONE HOUR before your first game.  Please come prepared! 

We will need:

5 copies of Team Waiver Form signed by the parents of the players.  You can bring multiple forms for people out of town.

Proof of age is not needed for team checkin but please have them available at the fields in case an age question arises Copies of Birth Certificates, Copies of Passports, or Driver's Licenses (adult only)
