Online Check-In is Required
All teams must check in using Soccer in College Online Check In.
Check-In Checklist:
- Official Rosters - All players (including guests and club pass players) must be on the same roster.
- Player Passes for all players and coaches
- Signed Medical Release forms for each player (Do not need to upload, but have with you at all times)
- Event Waiver
- Communicable Disease Waiver
