If your team chooses to purchase insurance, this must be purchased during registration. This will act as the tournament insurance and will ensure your team is refunded in the event of cancelation. The insurance is done through a third party and will costs 10% of registration. In the event the tournament is cancelled, guaranteed payouts will be paid out only to those teams who purchase the insurance.
The city parks departments determine if the fields are playable, not Tennessee United Soccer Club or the United Cup of Champions. If they are not, games must moved and schedules adjusted. If not enough fields are available, the bracket or tournament may have to be canceled.
