Coach Chris Roche came to Farmingdale State in the summer of 2005. Since then, Chris has completely turned around the women's soccer program, compiling an overall record of 182-98-24, leading his team to 11 Conference Championships (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018) and 11 NCAA Tournament appearances (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018).

In 2018, Coach Roche guided his team to the program's first-ever NCAA Tournament victory with a 1-0 win over #19 Brandeis in the First Round. The 2018 team also reached a #21 ranking in the Nation during the season.

Over the past 14 seasons, Coach has won 10+ games 13 times. His winningest season came in 2010 with a 17-5 record, tying a program-high seven-game win streak. He has coached four Skyline Rookie's of the Year ('06, '11, '14, '16), three Skyline Player's of the Year ('10, '15, '18) and three Skyline Defensive Player's of the Year ('12, '14, '18). He has also coached nine All-Region players, three of which were 3-time recipients of that award.

Prior to Farmingdale, he was the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Briarcliffe for two years, where he coached the team to an 18-8-2 record, as well as a number three ranking in the country in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA).

Chris graduated from the University of Scranton in 1985 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance. While studying at Scranton, he played one year of soccer and was then hired as the assistant coach.

The site worked great for the tournaments I used it for. I had many coaches respond to my contacting them. The site helped me develop confidence in getting through the recruiting process.
