Coaches, Managers & Players:
Clubs across our country have been forced to make very difficult decisions with regards tournaments. We were optimistic that we would be able to host our Gulf Coast Cup & Showcase on May 2nd
and get all coaches and players back on the pitch. Sadly, with continued state and federal limitations placed on large gatherings, we are making the unfortunate decision to cancel our Spring tournament this year.
We will be offering full refunds for all registered teams. There are a few things we want everyone to know about the refund process. Refunds will be issued via check. We are unable to refund back to credit cards. Also, we are unable to refund credit card processing fees that were charged or online check in fees that were paid. These are charged and collected by third party providers. We appreciate your understanding of this. We ask that teams remain patient as we work through getting the checks mailed out.
Please click on the link and complete the required refund request form as soon as possible. We ask that all responses are submitted no later than April 30th.
