Online Check In fee is $20 for the season. All roster updates need to be made in the SINC online check in system. Please adjust participating athletes, player passes, and rostering to match each time there is a roster change. Teams are not able to play without approved online check in status. This means allowing for 24 hours until roster can be approved. 

Do not email the league director updates to your team's roster. August 10th is the deadline to complete initial check in. Following this date the is no limit to roster changes as long as they fall within the league's rules and policies on rostering.
