Key Dates:

February 8, 2026 - Early Bird Discount Ends* (Listed price increases $100 after February 8, 2026)
April 1, 2026 - Tournament Registration Closes at 11:59 p.m. EST
April 3, 2026 - Full payment due by Noon EDT for registration. Online only. No checks. (All registered teams must be paid in full to be considered for acceptance)
April 6, 2026 - Accepted Teams List Published (OLC will begin after teams are accepted) April 10, 2026 - Coaches/Team Managers receive first draft of preliminary schedule
April 14, 2026 - Coaches/Team Managers receive second draft of preliminary schedule
April 17, 2026 - Final Schedule Published Online
April 20, 2026 - All Teams must have completed Online Check-In by 5PM EST / No Extensions! No changes to roster will be permitted once a team has been officially checked in by SINC Sports
Due to anticipated waiting list, failure to meet any deadlines may result in automatic disqualification and we will accept one of the waiting list teams.

Fees:

U9-U10 (7v7) = $575

• $675 after 2/8/2026

U11-U12 (9v9) = $675

• $775 after 2/8/2026

U12-U14 (11v11) = $775

• $875 after 2/8/2026

U15-U19 (11v11) = $825 (No U16-19 Boys Divisions)

• $925 after 2/8/2026

Discounts:

• Early Bird..$100 off if registered and paid in full by February 8, 2026 

• Club Discount…Club Representative (Treasurer, etc.) must contact Tournament Director for codes FOR ALL TEAMS!

  • 5+ teams..$50 per team

  • 10+ teams…$100 per team 

• Travel Discount…200 miles one way..$200

• Scenic City will offer a team discount ($100) for all Tennessee State League teams who chose to play at least 1 TSL match in our tournament. Scenic City  will cover all referee fees for any TSL match held within our tournament. Contact the tournament director for details.

Cancellation Policy:

Once teams are accepted into the tournament, the full tournament fee is nonrefundable.

**NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BY THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE IF CANCELED FOR WEATHER**

REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR TEAMS THAT PURCHASE CANCELLATION INSURANCE AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT.
WEATHER CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE FROM A THIRD-PARTY ON A PER-TEAM BASIS AT CHECKOUT.  THE COST IS 10% OF YOUR REGISTRATION FEE. IF THIS EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER, TEAMS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING A REIMBURSEMENT FOR INSURANCE.
