Entry Deadline
Application period closes as of April 15, 2024.
Acceptances will be e-mailed on a rolling basis.
Once the registration deadline has passed, application fees are non-refundable. Prior to the application deadline, there is a $50 processing fee associated with any cancellation.
Hotel Reservations
Out of town guests are permitted to use the hotel or hotel company of their own choosing.
Entry Fee
U8 -U10 (7 v 7) - $625
U11 – U12 (9 v 9) - $700
Teams
The Academy Cup is an unrestricted tournament. The only requirement is that each team belong to a youth soccer governing body.
Roster Limits: U8, U9 & U10 (7 v 7) = 14 players maximum; 5 guest players (3 from outside clubs)
Roster Limits: U11 & U12 (9 v 9) = 14 players maximum; 5 guest players (3 from outside clubs)
Match Duration: 7v7 = 2 x 25 minutes and 9v9 = 2x 30 minutes
Divisions
Teams will be grouped according to past playing record to make the most equal competitive divisions possible. The Tournament Committee alone determines final placement. The Committee uses many factors when ranking teams including league playing division and record, State Cup and tournament results, USA Rank ranking service, etc. It is very important to fill out your application accurately and completely.
Awards
Individual awards for 1st and 2nd place teams in each division.
Registration
All applications are processed on-line. On-line registrations may be paid by check or credit card. You will receive an email confirmation when your application is submitted. All entry fees are due by April 20.
