Hotel Information
Highland Football Club has teamed up with 365 Sports Travel and Explore Asheville to offer discounted hotel accommodations in Asheville over the weekend of November 21-23, 2025.
All teams traveling 75+ miles MUST use our hotel partner, 365 Sports Travel for hotel accommodations.
This is a STAY-TO-PLAY EVENT

Teams that violate the Stay to Play requirement are subject to disqualification without refunding their entry fee, which may jeopardize their participation in future NC Fusion tournaments.
This means all participants (players, coaches, and team officials) traveling from out of town will utilize 365 Sports Travel services and agree to stay in the designated host hotels, which offer excellent accommodations and discounted rates. Team managers, coaches, etc., are responsible for making sure their team complies with the policy.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT...
•GROUP BLOCKS: 365 Sports Travel will create a group block and booking link for your team, allowing families to book their reservations.
•DO NOT: contact the hotel directly to book or modify reservations
•When you complete your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation from Event Pipe
•CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: This can easily be done by CLICKING HERE
•Hotels will send you a confirmation email and add your reservation to your rewards account (if applicable) the week of the event
•ONLY CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY: to adjust your reservation if you are within 72 hours or less of your arrival date

November 1st Must have all rooms reserved inside the Summer Shootout blocks or rates are subject to jump 33-40%.
*Please note... All games will be played at Buncombe County Sports Park. None of the scheduling is completed prior to the deadline for entry. EVERY HOTEL on the list above is less than 25 minutes from any facility we use for our event. Do not wait for your schedule to select your hotel!
