Team Check-in Information

Recreational teams wil check in at the HQ tent 1 hour prior to your first match. No Friday night check-in.

Classic Friendly teams will check in before games as you normally would (roster and cards). You do not need to come by the HQ tent to check in.

Each team entered in the Recreational tournament must have:

·         5 Copies of Your 2011/2012 Official State Roster

·          Medical Release Form for Each Player - this form can be found on the ASSA website under Administration then Forms. The name of the form on the ASSA website is Player Information and Medical Release Form

·         Player Pass With Picture for Each Player

·         Birth Certificate for Each Player

·         Travel Permit for Out of State Teams
