ONLINE CHECKIN IS THE Preferred CHECKIN METHOD
You must START ONLINE CHECKIN NO LATER THAN 11/7/17 7pm. You do not have to have everything ready at the start time - only your team contacts are required to START the process. If you have any select team managers you can ask for assistance they can likely talk you through the process. Once you do this you will be a pro!
ONLINE checkin will CLOSE Friday 11/10/17 @ 3:00pm.

Failure to check in will result in tournament disqualification.
CREDENTIALS
At registration, teams must provide the required credentials. All teams must present:
- State Roster - one copy of the official roster from your State Agency. List guest players on this roster if needed. The roster will be kept by tournament officials.
- Game Cards – Game cards will be generated by the system (after you enter your roster). Please bring 4 game cards with you to registration. You will be able to print game cards at check in if needed.
- Player Release Form signed by parents (under DOCUMENTS tab).
- Player I.D. Cards – must be laminated with player photograph.
- Medical Release Form - forms do not need to be notarized and you may use your club form.
Game Cards will marked "SincCertified" when printed and will be used for tournament games.
