Team Check-In is required


Team Check-In - REQUIRED

Team check-in must be completed before 1/01/2020.

After submitting your teams required documents to rachelhobson@concordefire.com, they will be returned to you with an APPROVED stamp in the upper right hand corner. You will then present the approved Tournament Roster to the referee at each game. Also, we suggest you check the schedule leading up until the start of the event. 

Credentials
Teams must provide the required credentials.  All teams must send the following documents to rachelhobson@concordefire.com:

  • Tournament Roster
  • Tournament Waiver signed by each parent (this must be the Concorde Fire Form)

To obtain the Tournament Roster and Tournament Waiver forms, please go to INFORMATION and choose DOCUMENTS tab on left.
