CHECK IN INFORMATION
***NOTE *** ONLINE CHECK-IN is the PREFERRED METHOD for teams to complete the check-in process.
We are offering 2 check in times for the Winter Blast well as ONLINE Check-in.
- Friday, January 22 from Noon to 3pm and 6pm to 8pm
United Sports Complex
170 Cox Rd, Milton GA 30004
Online checkin will OPEN AFTER teams are accepted (on or about 1/9/16)
and will CLOSE Thursday, January 21 @ 12:00pm.
Failure to check in will result in tournament disqualification.
CREDENTIALS
At registration, teams must provide the required credentials. All teams must present:

Birth Certificate - one copy of each players birth certificate.

Game Cards – Game cards will be generated by the system (after you enter your roster). Please bring 4 game cards with you to registration. You will NOT be able to print game cards at check in.

Medical Release Form - you may use your club form.
- Player Liablility Release
After the players have been verified, the Game Cards will be returned to the team representative. The approved game cards will be used for tournament games.
