Learn how to quickly generate and share a temporary access link for public schedules that are unpublished or offline. This guide streamlines the process of extracting the correct URL so you can easily distribute schedule information to individuals who wouldn't have access otherwise.

1. There are two ways to give individuals access to the public schedules when they're offline. You'll need to go to Admin (MENU) > Advanced Options, and click to select "Game Results Control."

   

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll find "Temporary Schedule Access".

   

3. The first option is to set a password. You'll need to set a date and time for the password to expire, then click "Save Password."

   

4. The second option is to Click "Get Link". You still have to set a date and time for the link to expire. Select your date and time, then click Save Password (even though you're not setting a password, just the date and time for the link to expire), then click Get Link.

   

5. The link will appear in the upper, right-hand corner of the pate, and it's highlighted for you to copy (either right-click and copy, or click CTRL+C). You may then paste that into an email for the intended individuals to have temporary access to unpublished or offline schedules.
