This guide quickly shows how to enable coach names in your scheduling grid so you can identify coaches at a glance. It explains the simple setting to toggle and save, and highlights that coach names will appear both in the grid header and with assigned slots.

1. In the scheduling system, Click "Grid".

   

2. Open Grid Settings

   

3. Check "Show Coach Name" and then click "Save Coach Name".

   

4. You can now see the coaches listed before the team at the top and once you place them in the grid.
