It covers updating with a known current password, sending a reset email for the athlete to create a new password, and using the control panel reset form for admins. 1. There are a few methods of updating an athlete's password. First, is directly from your team roster. Click the "update athlete" icon to view the athlete's details.

   

2. Click "User ID / Password"

   

3. If you know the current password, you may enter it, then enter the new password you wish to use and click Update Access Codes You may send a password reset email to the athlete to create a new password. This will log the athlete into his/her profile and New Password, Repeat Password text lines appear there for him/her to create a new password.

   

4. Second, is directly from the athlete's profile. Click the Athlete Profile icon for the selected athlete.

   

5. Click "Control Panel"

   

6. Click "Reset Password"

   

7. Complete the password reset form and click Save Changes.
