This guide quickly shows how to switch from an athlete account to a user (team staff/parent) role so you can access the correct dashboard and tasks without logging out. It explains the simple three-click process, highlights that accounts can’t be merged due to different permissions, and points out how to confirm you’re in the right profile and return to the athlete view if needed.

1. Click "ATHLETE" to activate the dropdown.

   

2. Click "Switch Roles"

   

3. Click "Switch to this role" These accounts CANNOT be merged because they have different roles in the system, therefore, they have different access and tasks.

   

4. Once you've switched roles, your dashboard will show. You'll see your full name here. You'll see your athlete's full name here You're able to log back into the athlete profile from here, if you wish or if needed.
