This guide shows a quick, step-by-step way to find an existing soccer, baseball/softball or lacrosse team to connect to your profile or add a new one to your account, using filters (state, age, gender, name) to speed the search. It explains what to do if the team or club isn’t listed, how to confirm the addition, and where to manage your team and access levels afterward. Follow it to connect to the right team and immediately start roster and staff management.

1. From your dashboard to the right of Find/Add/Connect, click "Team"

   

2. The team state will default to the state listed on your user profile. Select the age, gender, type in the team name. If there is an EXISTING team in the database (with the same parameters, (age/gender/Team Name), it will populate for you to select, If not, click "Not Listed? Add your team".

   

3. This works exactly like the Team Name entry. If there is an existing club that matches your entry, it will populate to select. Otherwise, click "Not Listed? Add a new club". It's wise to use your club/team search to find the exact naming convention of your club so as not to create a duplicate.

   

4. Once you've completed all the information, click "Add this team to my Account."
