Friday night check-in is highly encouraged.

Check-in will from 5 to 9pm in the downstairs area of the restaurant. After check-in please stay and have a drink and bite to eat. This is the best time to network with other coaches and club staff. Also, each team will receive $5 "cerfudicates" in their check-in packet, good for $5 off your purchase in the restaurant.



Saturday check-in will also available at all game sites. We ask that you check-in at the fields no later than 1 hour before your first game or 10:00AM on Saturday, whichever is EARLIER. The 10:00AM cutoff will allow our volunteers to assist with other tournament related duties.

Bring the following required items to check-in:

1. Four (4) computer generated rosters with uniform numbers written in (USYSA or US Club) (1 copy for club to keep).

2. Laminated players passes; NO PASS/NO PLAY/NO EXCEPTIONS

3. Medical Release forms (notarized)

4. Guest player forms (completed) (club to keep for records)
