Krzywiecki is coaching in his third year with the Firestorm Men’s Soccer program.

In 2022, the Firestorm won the GSAC regular-season title, earning the top seed in the GSAC tournament. Their 6-1-2 conference record was their best ever finish in the GSAC, despite a 7th-place preseason projection. The Firestorm finished 10-3-5 with six shutouts and three All-GSAC selections.

In 2021, the Firestorm reached the GSAC tournament semi-finals. The conference poll projected ACU to finish 9th. They finished the season receiving votes (RV) in the NAIA Top-25 poll and a record of 11-4-2. The Firestorm earned their best start (9-0-1) and conceded the lowest goal total in program history. Two players received All-GSAC selections.

Before ACU, Krzywiecki was the Associate Head Coach at his alma mater, Geneva College (NCAA Division III). In 2020-21, Geneva won the PAC regular-season title (8-1-1). They also finished 12th in the top-25 national rankings, and their staff was voted the United Soccer Coaches Great Lakes Region Coaching Staff of the year. Geneva had six All-Conference selections. In 2019, Geneva reached the PAC final for the fourth time in five years and amounted a 10-9-1 (6-2 conference) record.

Krzywiecki opened his collegiate coaching career as an Assistant Coach at Elmhurst University (NCAA Division III). While at Elmhurst, he completed his master’s degree in business administration. Elmhurst competed in the competitive CCIW conference and reached as high as the #5 ranking in the central region in 2017. Krzywiecki assisted the program through a rebuilding year and toward CCIW success in 2019, leading recruiting efforts across the United States. Krzywiecki also coached two players continuing on to the professional ranks and two All-CCIW players.

Krzywiecki served as a club coach at the youth level representing Chicago Empire FC and FC Pittsburgh between 2014-2021.

As a player, Krzywiecki represented the Geneva College Golden Tornadoes for four years as a starting forward. He played in all 85 games of his career, helping the team to a 55-20-10 record. He tallied 21 goals (seven game winners) and 17 assists and was an All-PAC selection his junior and senior year. As Geneva moved from NAIA to NCAA, they reached two conference finals in 2011 and 2012. They also made a run to the 2011 NCCAA National Championship final in Kissimmee, Florida. Krzywiecki also played for Torch FC (NPSL) and TDFC Oak Avalon, with two appearances in the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup in 2016 and 2017.

Krzywiecki has completed 12 coaching licenses and enjoys developing his knowledge of the game. He holds a USSF National “B” License, USC Premier Diploma (Distinguished Pass), La Liga Level 2 & Level 3 Formation Methodology Diploma and USC Goalkeeping I & II. He has also studied development methods onsite at FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol in Spain and traveled on international soccer tours in London, Paris, Barcelona and Madrid.
