Fee: $20 non-refundable fee paid directly to SINC Sports.
Payment Deadline: Tournament registration fees must be paid by October 12th by 6:00 PM. No teams will be accepted until payment is received.
Coaching Conflicts: All conflicts must be submitted by October 10th @ 10:00 AM.
Check-In Window:
OLC must be started by Wednesday, October 15 at 6:00 PM
OLC must be completed by Friday, October 20 at 8:00 PM
Failure to complete by this deadline may result in removal from the schedule.

A great tournament requires many things — and one of the most important is great officiating. We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced referees to join us for our AUSA Tournament Series.
In today’s economic environment, we are committed to keeping costs down while maintaining the quality and value that players, coaches, and families expect.
Local referees (Athens area and surrounding communities): We encourage you to register, as no hotel accommodations will be needed.
Referees requiring hotel accommodations: We ask that you commit to officiating a minimum of eight (8) gamesacross Saturday and Sunday to qualify for a room.

Team Coverage Protect your team registration fees from weather-related cancellations
Event Cancellation Team Coverage protects teams from losing their registration fees if an event is cancelled due to unsafe playing conditions. If extreme weather cancels the Classic City Cup, your team will receive a refund based on the number of games played vs. games guaranteed. It’s peace of mind that your investment is protected, no matter what the forecast brings.
When registering for an event or tournament, you will have the option to add Event Cancellation Team Coverage at checkout. If the event is cancelled due to weather, you can receive a refund for games missed in just a few clicks by visiting: customers.vicoverage.com.
All tournament insurance must be purchased 15 days prior to the tournament.
Athens United will not provide refunds for weather related cancellations.
