This guide explains how to set up divisions for scheduling—choosing how many divisions and teams per age group, confirming field sizes and game lengths, and picking a game format. It shows assigning fields at a site, seeding teams into positions, and saving settings. Follow it to ensure divisions, game templates, and field assignments are configured consistently before generating schedules.

1. Click Admin > Scheduling

   

2. In the drop downs, select the number of divisions for each age group. The number in red shows the number of accepted teams you currently have for that age group. Review the Field Size. Review the Game Duration. When you are finished, click the Green "Save Divisions" button.

   

3. For each division, select the number of teams in the drop down. The black bar at the top of the age group shows the number of accepted teams in that age group. Click "Save Divisions" when finished.

   

4. Click "Games"

   

5. Click "View" to review the chosen template.
