*Acceptance to the Birmingham Bash is contingent upon making your lodging accommodations through our Official Travel Partner, Anthony Travel.
The divisions have just been posted. You can view them by clicking here. Any issues with the placement of your team must be reported via email only (no phone calls please!) to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5pm, Monday, September 18th. At this time we will review all requests and begin deciding if changes need to be made.
Here are a few important items to do next:
Begin Online Check In - There is no on sight check in for the tournament. Online check in must be completed by 4:30pm, Thursday September 28th. Do not wait till the last minute to begin and complete this process!
Enter Coaching conflicts into the system - Emails will not ensure your conflict is considered. All conflicts must be entered into the system. NOTE: Time constraints are not allowed, only coaching conflicts. To enter Coaching Conflicts into the system follow these instructions:
- Login to your team's page on the tournament website.
- Click on "Tasks" then "Conflicts" as seen in the below image
- Click on Coaching Conflicts
- Select your team, then the gender, age, then team you will be in conflict with.
- Click save.
All Coaching Conflicts must be entered into the system by 5pm Tuesday, September 19th. After this date, no additional coaching conflicts will be considered.
