Maine Maritime is the best Maritime school in the county and in saying that I’m looking for players that have an interest in go in that educational direction. Our 35-acre campus is located on a hillside overlooking majestic Penobscot Bay. The picturesque coastal town of Castine, the home of Maine Maritime Academy, is rich in history, culture, natural beauty, and maritime tradition. The village’s main street has a bakery, bank, bookstore, general store, art galleries and two inns to welcome travelers. The summer season is busy with fairs and festivals, dining and shopping at the waterfront, golf, sailing, kayaking, and other pursuits. The campus is 40 miles from Bangor, Maine’s third largest city, and close to Acadia National Park, Baxter State Park, the Appalachian Trail, and other attractions
